Certifications & Quality
We have obtained several certifications that demonstrate our commitment to quality and safety in cosmetics contract manufacturing and medical devices. These include the ISO 9001 Certification for the development and production of cosmetics contract manufacturing and Class I medical devices, and the GMP Certification, which ensures the quality of our processes. We also own the UFI Certification, to be able to store alcohol and produce alcohol-based cosmetics.
Additionally, we have developed and certified natural and eco-biological cosmetics through the certifying bodies ICEA and CCPB, as well as Halal products certified by the HIA (Halal International Authority).
Our cosmetics laboratory is certified according to the following standards:
- UNI EN ISO 22716:2007: compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for cosmetic products. This certification was obtained in 2012 from the certifying body DNV.
- UNI EN ISO 9001:2015: compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 for the development and production of contract-manufactured cosmetics and Class I medical devices for dermatological applications. This certification was also obtained in 2012 and certified by DNV.
Our industrial structure is organised across three specialised sites: the production facility equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and machinery, the administrative headquarters for commercial and management activities, and the department dedicated to filling, packaging, and storing products.
Sustainability
In our cosmetics laboratory, sustainability is an integral part of our production processes. We reduce environmental impact through careful waste management and the use of solar panels.
We offer our clients sustainable packaging, such as recycled plastic, collaborate with certified suppliers, and use raw materials derived from upcycling to promote a circular economy and a greener future.
